Our water audit is a detailed site based review of your water use and waste water discharges and verification of the information being used by your water supplier to generate your water bill. We then compare this to the profile of the site that we produced in the water charges review. Where we need to we will also take pressure, flow rate and other physical measurements where these might be needed to support a challenge to your supplier.

The audit highlights further opportunities and verifies the basis on which we can challenge the water company to reduce your costs.

All our findings are then included in our detailed report of costs, benchmarks, water use, waste water discharges and water supplier billing.

At this stage you can be confident that your bills are correct and overpaid charges have been returned. To ensure that your water supplier continues to bill you correctly and you continue to enjoy the benefits of the savings we have delivered we will then continue to check your bills.
